Pam Stump has been involved in ministry since she was a child. Pam's father was a Nazarene pastor, so she began teaching and investing in kids' lives early on. Pam has been married to Mike for 29 years and they have two wonderful children: Christie (26) and John (21). They have been attending West Valley Church since 1992.
Pam is a Variety Department Manager at Wapato Save-On-Foods and has been there for 31 years.
Pam is currently directing our "FX Live" (Family Experience) on Sunday mornings...a time for children and their parents to learn together. This is a music and drama program geared to teach kids a new virtue each month that is reinforced with stories from the bible. Pam puts in countless hours each week preparing props, costumes, working with actors and sound techs. She is an incredible teacher and helps with our application and small group activities during the second hour. She has directed countless children's musicals through the years enabling her to touch hundreds of families through her exceptional talents in music. Pam has also served on the church Board and is part of the Worship Team.
One of the unique ways God has chosen to use her is through a singing group called "For Eternity." Cindy Byrne, Leslie Wilson and Pam formed this group in 1994. God has taken them all over the world and used them all over the U.S. in women's retreats and worship services.
Her favorite verse is: "I can do everything through Him who gives me strength." (Philippians 4:13)
We are blessed to have Pam's willing heart to serve and love our kids to further the Kingdom.
