MESSAGE:  “THE SEASON OF GREAT HOPE:

…Hope Is In God’s Plan For You!”

SCRIPTURE:  First Peter 1:3-9

KEY VERSE:  v. 3  “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His great mercy has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.”

FOCUS:  Christians are given a hope that never fails.

INTRODUCTION:  “To be a Christian means to stake one’s life on the revelation of God in Jesus Christ.  The Early Christians’ admiration and veneration for Jesus knew no bounds.  He was in every way the ultimate, the only criterion of good and evil, of truth and falsehood, the only hope for the future, the only power which could transform the world.”
