SCRIPTURE:  II Samuel 22:25-30

KEY VERSE:  v. 30  “For by You I can run against a troop.  By my God I can leap over  a wall.”

FOCUS:  Every God-reverencing person can and will do exploits.

INTRODUCTION:  The Christian by definition should be less secure than the non-Christian, for lofty ideals and purposes multiply temptation and the chance of falling.  The amazing ability of the mountain goat to negotiate seemingly impossible ledges, crevasses and giddy heights is the promised gift of God to those who, armed with faith, trust themselves to walk the mountain trails with God.”                                        ~ Ganse Little
