This year we are continuing our Faith Promise theme of “Celebrating Partnerships — Here and Around the World” with a dinner and worship service.

Our speaker for these events, Rev. Mark Pounds, is currently the pastor of the Oakridge Church of the Nazarene in Oakridge, Oregon. Throughout his 35 years of ministry, he has been heavily involved in the work of missions. Mark and his wife, Kathy, were Nazarene Mission Core Missionaries to Germany from 1999-2001. He has also been NYI Missions Coordinator on the Oregon Pacific District, led multiple large Work and Witness trips to Mexico, and been involved in over 30 mission trips in a dozen countries. Mark believes that we can all be involved in missions by giving, praying, sharing with people we know, and participating in mission trips.
